Rock chips are the one thing ceramic coating alone can't stop, and that's where NanoPro's Liquid Paint Protection Film comes in. I apply it as a liquid, and it cures into a solid, flexible film made from polyurethane and acrylic. Traditional PPF is polyurethane only and relies on thickness to take impacts, but even at 6-8 mils it can't protect against everything, and pitting slowly wears and ages the film. LPF has higher tensile strength, so it holds up under long-term exposure and gives your paint a tougher, more durable layer of protection, with no seams or edges to worry about.
