How long will your vehicle be in my care?
Most vehicles are ready the following day, while more involved vehicles may take a couple of days. I work on one vehicle at a time, personally handling every step as the owner. This is how I maintain the highest level of control over the work and deliver a level of quality that’s unmatched. The process starts with a thorough hand wash that can take a couple of hours, including the wheels, wheel wells, engine bay, and door jambs. The vehicle is then carefully dried by hand from top to bottom before everything is taped off and the paint is corrected panel by panel. Once the paint is ready, a final coating prep removes any remaining waxes or oils, giving the ceramic coating the cleanest possible surface to bond to.
Why does it matter if my coating is on carfax?
Carfax is the report most used-car buyers check, and it includes service records. When I report your paint protection, it becomes part of your vehicle history. It's proof the work was done by a professional, and that alone can help add value when you sell your ride. It ties to the coating warranty, which runs anywhere from 3 to 10 years depending on what coating you choose. The Carfax entry never disappears and stays on your report even after the warranty ends.
